"Per Se was a dream come true. We coincidentally booked our reservation on their 19th anniversary back in February and that made for an even more special night. I can truly say that this was the first time that I experienced a flawless menu. I don 't think I 've ever eaten a meal as slow as I did here because I had to savory every bite. Over rated, over priced and an astonishing lack acknowledgment about just how bad they are. Really save your money you will only be disappointed. My favourite comment of the night from our server ‘we don’t taste the food, if you don’t like it no problem we won’t charge you’ (in relation to a dish so salty it was palette destroying) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Sorry but its TIME TO BE caring human beings!! Foie Gras is ABSOLUTELY terrible, what they do to those poor animals SHOWS We havent evolved. Sorry we have an ENORMOUS amount of OTHER selections we can make. I'm not a tree hugger just dont like CRUELTY to any living Creature if you arent familiar with the TORTURE it takes to make your so called appetizer please go google it. In the meantime CHEFS PLEASE GET A HEART consider they're animals they feel.oain and experience horror.
