"the entrance of the estate was beautiful with christmas like lighting and trees decorated so that the entrance to the restaurant was very beautiful and pleasant. the service was very helpful and we received very detailed explanations. we went for the season menu and we enjoyed. every piece of it. to note that the seasonal menu can be selected as a plant-based option, i.e. for vegans. it was a pleasant surprise and highly recommended. important to know that the price goes hand in hand with the quality, so it is a tasty bite and they should have the time to enjoy it and good use of the gelde"

After a long time with such a magical culinary cuisine and a first-class service was again a dream and wonderful. again and again in this beautiful restaurant villa summerlust. compliments to the whole team and it was a wonderful experience in Schaffhausen....We are looking forward to the next time.

Visited to lunch in a nebulous day in november. chef has done the rest of the day. snacks were enormous and present kitchens from Russia (pel’meni dumpling,) caucasus (spinachball with walnuts and granatapfel,) frankreich (brioche with chicken liver and black... truffles and excellent black teig air cushion filled with chanterelles.) beautiful vegetarian dish with celery, apple, walnut and walnut. fisch remembered. of course we will come back to enjoy the cuisine par excellence.
