"The Fritz is our favorite night place in town. Awesome had the Bison short ribs small plate. The bones taste! We sat at the bar and had a fabulous service. I'll be back when I'm in Salida.

We loved the Fritz! Our first time there and we were so happy with the laid back, beautiful outdoor area, beer and delicious food! Several wonderful options for vegetarians, including Aubergines /ricotta more) Stack, Ricotta and Basilikum ravioli with asparagus and balm salad, and a divine Mac and cheese ordered Sans bacon). Everyone was a pleasure in the tastes! There were many other options we will try another day!
