"My husband I went last night for our anniversary. It was exciting to see the variety of seafood options available-something that has been sorely missing in the Chippewa Valley. We had the oysters and Calamari as appetizers. The Calamari was some of the best I have ever had. So happy to see it was not battered and fried, but beautifully broiled. The sauce it was in could have been a soup on its own. We also had the special of the night, tuna steak over a risotto with scallops. Done perfectly. And again, the sauce accompanying it....lovely. The meal was the best seafood we have had since leaving Florida 2 yrs ago. Bravo!!!"

Just enjoyed an amazing dinner at Wissota Chop House! The dry aged Pork was tender and juicy! Enjoyed the wild ramp mushroom risotto which paired great with my Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc!

Our training class went to the Chophouse for dinner last night and it was Outstanding! Ordered a steak it was the best I have ever had and their chocolate cake was to die for. If you have not visited the Wissota Chophouse I strongly suggest it!

Amazing atmosphere and food!! My husband had the 10oz fillet, I had the chicken dish, we share the potatoes and asparagus.... expect a little higher prices but with 1 bite we knew it was so worth it! Portions are quite generous, could share a meal!!! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something more upscale and chic. Can't wait back!
