The server dropped my salad on the floor and I guess decided I didn't need a replacement because he never brought another one out. 4one8 is a solid 3 star restaurant that I think could get a 4 or 5 if they just tighten up their flavors. I've only ordered take out so I can't speak of the atmosphere or service. The food has been consistently good. I typically get their sandwiches which are always stacked high and very filling. They could use some improvement with their salads and sides. Overall I'll keep coming to 4one8 for their sandwiches and hopefully have a better review for them once the pandemic is done

But the staff was not wearing masks, the tables were all tight together- I guess it is a restaurant that does not believe in Covid or the need to keep guests even a little safe? I was sorta willing to overlook that as we were in a booth, but it seemed really inconsiderate. My dish was so mushy and watery and kinda gross I had to send it back after a two bites.
