"I have reserved for my day of year. I waited for the theke where the hostess should be for 15 minutes, but after seeing that no one showed up, we sat in a random table. my friend stood up and asked the bartender if she could send a server, but nothing happened. we then asked another server if he could help us after 30 minutes. No one came, there are only 10 customers in the restaurant, so it wasn't even busy. then we saw a woman wearing a dress we thought the manager, this is the 4th person we asked for service. she just went on and said something I couldn't hear. we ended after 40 minutes: no service and not even a real table even tho I made a reservation for this special date and this pla...

The waiter forgot our order, so we waited 2 hours for nothing. They ended up giving us the bottle we ordered for free, but we decided to leave and eat at Fleming's first-class steakhouse right across the street. It was a very nice place.
