"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Amadeos. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and the quality of the food and service has always been excellent. However, my most recent visit may have been my last. I was working from home and decided to order spaghetti and pepperoni rolls for myself and my wife. When I arrived to pick up my order, the person at the front was very rude and lacked any kind of personality. When I got home, I was extremely disappointed with the food. This restaurant is not recommended. Despite hearing positive reviews, I found it to be overpriced and disappointing. The pizza was thin and floppy with a chewy crust. The fire eater pizza was hot and tasty, but the Hawaii pizza fell short. Overall, the experience did not give me a reason to come back. The staff seemed stressed, and despite the restaurant being spacious, it was empty inside. It took 45 minutes for the pizzas to be served, and I ended up spending $60 on two pies.

It was miserably hot inside of this establishment I can't even believe the people are still in there working, it was hotter in there than it was outside. I felt so bad for the employees. So if any of you are the district manager reading this you need to get into that store and fix the air conditioning it's insanely hot in that store. It was completely empty void of customers and it's probably because of how miserably hot it was in there. The employees very very friendly great customer service considering they were in that hot box.This was the store On 98th Street in Albuquerque.If the health department were to walk in there they would probably shut it down because of how hot it isn't there.
