"I placed an online order for pickup for my fiancé and I's 5th anniversary dinner at Applebee's, as this is where we had our first date. We are full-time travelers and have found that every big chain restaurant we visit here in Northwest Arkansas is terrible, including Applebee's. Despite placing my order at 3:30 for pickup at 5:30 and following the instructions on the website to indicate my arrival time, the pickup process was very disappointing. When I arrived, I could see that there were only 3-4 tables in use, so I used the online website to notify them of my presence. A Great place to go if you're hungry but don't want to be around a lot of people! Service is great, food is always delicious especially the artichoke dip If you like it and decide to become a regular, leave a good tip, they will really appreciate it and we've met some amazing people we look forward to seeing when heading to Applebee's Y'all are wonderful

They have a tendency to close an hour earlier than usual, which can be frustrating for those who work night shifts or have a different sleep schedule. As a salary management member, I understand the importance of keeping the restaurant open for customers until the last possible minute. Despite working long hours myself, I still make sure to serve customers with a smile. I find it disappointing that others are not putting in the same effort.

Not a great experience. I ordered the endless boneless wings and fries my first plate was great but my waitress did not come back to ask me what I wanted for my second round like she said she would I was done with my first plate still waiting for her to come back. When I finally got to place my second order it was a long wait and then they did not give me my fries i also did not get my coleslaw on either plates. My smoothie had ice in it that was not crushed. The waitress was very unfriendly. My partner got the chicken and shrimp and it was such a tiny portion for the price. Would not come back again
