"I may be a tough critic, but this experience was lousy. The server was not personable. She seemed very scripted. When asked about the TED touchscreen system, I said I 'm familiar with it. Her response was, well I 'm required to explain it to every table regardless. Ordered food, my nephews yogurt had a hair in it, it positively could not be his. My vegetables with my meal were very small portioned and extremely overcooked. (Picture included) I brought this to the waitresses ' attention and she said she would bring me more. Once the bill came, there was a charge for the replacement vegetables on the bill. I WAS able to get the charge removed, though it doesn 't change that they tried to char...

I stopped going to this location years ago! They can't seem to hiring people who can actually do their job. Bad service and mildly ok food but small portions. It may have changed but I'd rather not stop and see.

I 'm sad to say that this place blows, probably the worst Saint Johns in the sate, I 've been here a couple times and had plenty of different grievances with this Place, the foods been colder than a wiches tit, my milk Shakes were all milk and no shake, and they called my friend who 's kinda short little man , and one of the manager is kinda rude and never in a great mood

Great food and amazing staff at St John's Applebees. The staff here took great care of us last night. Food tasted great, kudos to the cooks and the service was very timely. Drinks were also spot on. Everything was perfect from the volume and type of music all the way to the management coming out and asking how we were doing and asking if the food was perfect. Will definitely be coming back.

"We were very disappointed with our experience at The Keg last night. We had a reservation for 6:30 PM but did not receive our food until 8:00 PM. My husband ordered his steak medium but it came out almost rare. After sending it back, it still came out rare. My steak, which was supposed to come with oscar, was instead wrapped with speck filet mignon. There was also too much Bernaise sauce on my steak. The waiter initially insisted that it was not speck on my steak, but after showing him, he agreed that it was the wrong order. It took a while for them to realize that we had gotten the wrong order. We have been loyal customers of The Keg for years and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. They did make it right by adjusting our bill."

"Arrived for dinner at 8, it was quite busy and was informed of same upon arrival. A bit slow to get drink orders out but since it was slammed that was ok. My drink was quite tasty (the cherry oh baby), boyfriend didn’t quite enjoy...his (expected a stronger whiskey drink vs the sweet one he got but that’s what you get when you order the unknown). Ordered olives and feta with extra bread, it was good. A bit surprised I was charged 4$ extra for a little bread where anywhere else would’ve just sent some out as there’s quite a large portion of dip to bread ratio. Friends ordere scallops, I think they were 13$? Two medium and one tiny scallop on some purée? Def not worth it. Brussels sprouts looked burnt but a big portion and they seemed to enjoy it. They had no beef as apparently a table of 25 showed on the day they had not booked? Which was a major disappointment. Because the beef was what the couple raves about as being very good. Cod was ok? Stuffed Chicken was ok. Desserts were delicious and big portions. Server was friendly enough but we didn’t need to hear her grievances with the table of 25 or how slammed she was at every interaction. We get it. Overall I would return, it’s nice atmosphere and good was good overall."
