"Let me start my saying our server Kristin was AMAZing! However the front desk and management staff was horrendous. We notified the desk when our party was complete and they never took our name just asked us to wait to the side then proceed to seat MaNY parties that came in after us. The women manager (with the M necklace) was so rude. Her reasoning for the error was that the man I told about my party being complete was “new”. That is not my problem, it’s hers! She was so rude, refused to make eye contact with me and then told me I was wrong and never told her my party was complete. She proceeded to tell me we were next multiple times and then purposefully skipped us and spoke to other guest...
