"This was a Horrible Experience. I ordered buffalo chicken wing and got PLAN WINGS when I say plan I was dropped in grease without seasoning and not to me without the buffalo sauce. Then when I called they said half the menu can be made GF however I didn’t get anything I wanted because the cook said he could not make it. Something as simple as a Caesar salad smh I ended up getting something that looked like vomit on nachos and my husband got a dry philly cheese steak with a white sauce and no cheese We ordered 2 drinks from the bar.. we got 2 sugar filled cups. Understaffed. Poorly managed. This location is terrible compared to other Arooga’s locations. They had three people working. It will probably be closed within 18 months. We left after waiting an hour for our food. Never again.

While the boneless chicken wings were good, I ordered 20 of them and only got 2 pieces of celery and 2 tiny carrots with them... hardly enough to serve 4 people. The OG chicken sandwich was totally flavorless, and the fries were soggy. I've been at other Arooga's locations and the food was better at those.

worst experience. I've been here before, and I can honestly say that this place has gone downhill from the last time I ate here. only two serve the whole restaurant, and only four tables of guests in the restaurant and we were there waiting for about two hours waiting for our food. my friends and I didn't get our food and we decided to go. our drinks were empty, and the server didn't even have the time to come by and fill them again for us while waiting for our meal. we might have been getting a refill, we could probably have stayed to the end for our food.
