"Before picking up dinner from here, checked out reviews which majority was all good. Being from Hawaii and now living in Vegas, I had to try it out. They had a lau lau plate, I got chicken long rice and side order of lomi lomi salmon... lau lau was good. Chicken long rice was bleh... seemed as if it wasn't cooked all together but more so ingredients just thrown in together. Lomi salmon had nice sizes of salmon BUT some salmon didn't taste too fresh. Potaoe, Mac salad was good and tasty! Ordered jello and haupia cheesecake, which was very good!! Ordered a musubi, didn't think that was worth $3.50. Receipt doesn't even show how much what cost individually. Didn't think spending $33 was worth...

Some friends and I go out here when we want to enjoy island music and food in a fun atmosphere. Good food, excellent service and the music that night was terrific! My only complaint was that it's very loud in there and hard to hear those in your dining party clearly, and also sometimes hard to hear the music clearly.

Can't go wrong with this place. Had the classic combo spam and rice. Portions for a combo can definitely be shared with someone without problems. Parking: street parking and public parking near the building. Inside: really hawaii vibes, music and decor. Outside: You have some outdoor tables to eat. A few tables under the shadow. I ate there and I slip into the food skoma. Worth a visit.
