"Food was amazing. For eating I give 5 stars However, the review on 4 stars was due to the volume of music inside. I couldn't imagine I could definitely not talk to my husband and hear him and he was right next to me. I'll be bsck, but probably use the drive thru and take the food somewhere else. Also the dining room is so small, the tables are strangely placed when there are people sitting in the chairs/tables closest to the order place, you can hardly get through even if someone is not in the middle table. You have to ask her to enjoy her meal. Overall, the food was amazing as always. The penetration experience was one that I probably can't do anymore, just for the music volume."

"I’m not one to leave reviews that often but the food is great when they actually have everything. Main complaint with this location is the people that work there. There’s like 1-2 nice employees, but the others act like they do not want you there at all, especially if you ask how long it’ll be before something will be refilled. I would understand if they were just lined up out the door. But most of the time when I’m in, there’s just a few people. I don’t get to go to the guntersville location as often, but every time I’ve been there they’ve been super nice and everything was filled."

"We got there at 11:40 am and the food looked horrible. The salad was slimy and brown and dark green. It looked like old lettuce that hasld been sitting out. I asked three times if they had more and was told that it was just cut that morning. "They've changed their menu and food isn't something like it was 2 months ago we loved to eat there before we went home to Nashville we went on weekends to visit my son. The food was cold and badly prepared utensils were dirty, toilets were dirty garbage over flowing smell of urine bad. I usually don't write all bad things about a place, but it's gone hills terrible we loved food before it's very well appreciated. I hope they address this or los Arcos directly on the street has decent food large mixed drinks"
