Was mir aber diese Woche bei einer Radtour mit einem Freund passiert ist, ist für mich ein Grund hier nicht mehr einzukehren.Wir haben beide einen Schweizer Wurstsalat bestellt und leider wurde bei meinem das Dressing vergessen. Auf meine höfliche Bitte um etwas Dressing bekam ich von der Bedienung nur ein sehr schnippische Antwort: “ Ein Dressing will er noch“. Dann wurde ich vergessen und als Sie das bemerkte und eilig in der Küche noch etwas holte, kam Sie mit der Bemerkung an den Tisch:...

Gut bürgerliche Küche. Restaurant ist immer sehr gut besucht. Günstige Preise. Wir waren im Sommer hier und haben im Außenbereich gegessen, was sehr angenehm war. Allerdings sollte man früh zum Essen gehen, da der Andrang sehr groß ist.

Ein typisch Bayriches Restaurant direkt an der Hauptstrasse in Fischen. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, gut zubereitet, Bedienung freundlich, aber alles in allem wurde man das Gefühl nicht los, dass es sich hier um eine typische Touristengaststätte handelt, Viele Wanderer und Fahraddfahrer kehren hier ein. Aber Vorsicht: Es gibt zwei Speisekarten!! Auf der Empore gibt es zwar die gleiche Speiseauswahl, aber andere Getränke!! Das habe ich auch noch nicht erlebt. Werde aber wohl nicht mehr dort einkehren, es gibt Besseres in Fischen.

Es ist wie überall, Bewertungen mal Top mal Flop. Ich kann nur meine Zufriedenheit zum Ausdruck bringen. Ich hatte die wohl besten Kutteln, die es gibt im weiten Rund, reichlich und extrem lecker, super abgeschmeckt mit Bratkartoffel und Speck. Klar nicht jeder mag Kutteln, aber für Leute, die es mögen, werden Kindheitserinnerungen wach. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Meine Frau und Tochter teilten sich einen Rostbraten, man brachte uns ohne Umstände einen zweiten Teller und beide waren sehr zufrieden. Also ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg für die Freundlichkeit und Service bedanken. Auch was die Küche, bei der Größe des Restaurants leistet, verdient all meinen Respekt. "Alpe Dornach has many parking spaces, but by far not enough for the visitor tower. Accordingly, there is a regular struggle for the rare parking spaces. That was also so dirty that you said that a herd spit Lamas on it. The dirt was pretty old. As a result, it was very cold at our table and we were always happy. Sitting in the back of the guest room or the adjoining room was not possible due to the many guests. The guest room was clean and visually cozy. In Speedy Gonzales Manier, however, we ran constantly with their trays, as they were also served outside, as well as other guests. Cosiness did not come up with us, especially because it was extremely loud. You felt like being a canteen with speed-ding in a large room. The staff and the boss were exemplary friendly. The toilet was not cleaned or refilled during the opening time. She was so dirty and the paper on the sink was empty. For starters we had a clear table top with Thymian-Lebernockerl and Allgäuer Bergkässuppe. The cheese soup was wonderful and intense, like eating a delicious cheese weave. I tasted mountain cheese, semmental and a white painter. The Rieslingsemmerl was laid over the electrolytic soup bowl as in a kind of medium ship. But that was as small as a little peasant tasted good. The tabletop broth with liver stool was also self-made, tasty and had a use of fine cut vegetable cubes. To the main dish there were bakers from the milk calf, goulash, schnapps and a children's part cheese. The brunette was completely forgotten when the main dishes were delivered, as it turned out later, and only brought my demand to the table. The brunette was quite dry and the crust was separated from the meat. The crust then lay loose on the meat that was delicious. My goulash had very fine high quality meat in a beautiful natural sauce. The eggplant noodles had the right cooking point. The part was lush. Too bad you didn't notice anything from the smoke aromas announced on the map. The cheeses were initially supplied as an adult. As a children's part, the lobes did not draw any threads and delicious water. Yet a rich fat cap formed in the plate. Amazing how to get so much fat with so little cheese. The cheese puppets therefore went back and our complaint was friendly and understood. Our little ones even offered a free iceball. Great answer! My wife was only harassed by the cold and the turbulent environment and graduated from the broccoli that was too hard. She offered her softer, but she didn't want to. Also the Risotto was not so much for her taste. I tried that too. My tip: a bit more white wine and parmesan, less the ointment that was in it. My wife and daughter have a cold today. Since I don't like to eat in the ice-cream chamber and also rest at dinner, I have to take off two stars. Maybe we'll be back in a quieter time. "our summer holiday this year was not under a good star. a day before our departure forced an unplanned stay in the hospital emergency accommodation with subsequent all inclusive stay in the attached establishment to a short-term redispository. the two nights fell to sacrifice as well as the first of three nights in oberstdorf, and so unfortunately also the related reservations in michelin stared houses. After all, we were glad to arrive on the trip, but spontaneously had to organize the first station in the Allgäu. A reservation in the second star restaurant in oberstdorf was unfortunately no longer possible in the short term, but in the romantic hotel the freiberg, which is responsible for a large number of restaurants in the place, there is also that with a bib gourmand excellent “The Fetzwerk”. interieur in original ambiente is realized here an unconventional concept for allgäuer relationships. Originally assembled bistro dishes are served in wake-glasses, each of which is either regional, Mediterranean or Asian. in each category there is also a vegetarian, meat or fish variant. I was already sympathetic about the description, and I am convinced that if you simply let yourself in, you can see very quickly that here, although in a somewhat unusual form, very good quality is offered and all this then also with fun factor!
