"Just my son and I went for lunch in the bar. Wasnt terribly busy. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks. Our appetizer came late too and was cold. Went to the front to talk to a manager, just wanted to leave at this point. The worst part was this. The manager came to our table and schooled us on Next time find a manager with a red shirt on. Next time? Then proceeded to haggle with us over what she was willing to take off our bill! Look, we just wanted to eat lunch. Hot. Not used to this at our usual Blazing Onion in Snohomish. Dont want to go back to the Onion at Alderwood. Left hungry and disappointed. We paid for our drinks and a smashburger my son ate, though it too was cold. Side not...

Great local spot for me and my bestie to go and grab some grub, and there 's a drink there that is bomb it 's called Dangerous Dave it comes in a big glass and it 's blue (you 're only allowed 2) Vegetarian options: Alternatives are available

It's pretty ordinary to be blunt. Our last dining experience in Washington and we as a party of 8 went here and seemingly all left with the same underwhelmed feeling. There were only a few other people in there. Therefore, the food was at least quick, however, flavourless and dry. I also (as a non-US tourist) dont like being asked for a tip at the time of initially ordering. I'm certainly not going to give a 15 tip for the cashier taking my order. Allow me the opportunity to tip what I want AFTER I have consumed my meal, so if it or the service is sub-par, my tip will reflect that.

"The taller, slim guy with dark hair treats some customers way better than others. He 's not rude, per se, but it 's a little humiliating to be talked to so abruptly and short, while treating the next person like a princess. Such as: Being greeted as soon as they walk in. "I tried the Strawberry Mango Blend, and it was simply fabulous! The bubble tea was very high quality and smooth. Even at 10 PM, there were many people lined up here to get their favorite bubble tea flavors (many to choose from ; however, the line moves fast, and you’ll be served quickly the staff is friendly, efficient, and great. At a little less than $7, including taxes, my bubble tea was total value for money (and quite filling as well . This was my first visit here, and I’ll surely go again! And last but not the least; there is ample free parking outside the store! ; The place is conveniently located and is highly recommended."

"Disappointing. My family and I visited from Houston, TX and were very excited to have some Thai food. I picked up this food on time and had it warm. The servers were kind enough to offer some chili hot oil and utensils. We know good Thai food and were VERY dissatisfied with the quality of food. The presentation and flavors were mediocre, the noodles and “spicy” basil fried rice had a weird texture and was very bland, and the Panang curry didn’t even have the right color. Also you have to pay for a side of rice because “it’s dinner time”. Lastly, the green tea ice cream tasted like powder and had a residue after each bite. It’s not ice cream. The servers were kind and helpful, but that cannot make up for the lack of quality in food and the high price point."
