"This location has issues on the regular. Once ordered chicken tenders and had to call back to kitchen 3 times before they brought them out and were overcooked. Visited tonight and service was incredibly slow. Every stall was in use and orders were coming out very slowly. Went for 2 slushies and had to wait well over 10 minutes to get them. Not sure what their deal is here. Service: Take out"

"I have been to this location several times since they opened. Today was just like every other day that we go. Their service is always amazing. The staff is always extremely friendly. "The food (ribs) were pretty good and I would definitely recommend. Sauces were not very impressive. The detractor was the service at the counter. I would recommend a reboot on your understanding of hospitality. A smile and an expression of appreciation for choosing your restaurant would be a good start. Next visit to this community I'll stick with Leon's Dexter BBQ or the Hickory log."

"My 5 stars are for the night crew. This one at 2:00 in the morning. I avoid eating on my lunch bc as if it were in the warmer for hours. Now I go and you can say it's freshly cooked. Waiting is a few minutes longer, but I'm happy to wait for fresh food."
