"Lunch is definitely better. The crab cakes at dinner seem to be premade or frozen. Whatever the case may be they were nasty. The ones at lunch seem fresh and have a better taste. They came out cold twice. The grits was good the salmon was a little dry. The firecracker shrimp are okay. Probably won’t be back for a long time and definitely only for lunch. After driving for hours through rain and dark back roads, the warm atmosphere in the Blue Marlin was a welcomed experience. With its white linen table cloths, delightful and attentive staff, and wonderful food, we very much recommend dining here! The crab cakes were delicious, as was the scallop special!
