"Great place. The good smell hits you when you walk in. I ordered the ribs and they were MEATY!! No thin, suck on the bone and hope for meat, mostly tendon ribs at all. Nope pure soft, moist, smokey meat!! The cornbread was good. My hubby got brisket and mac n scratch that, cheese mac, and we shared the elote. They use soybean oil so not much I could try here, but what I had here hit home!! It looks closed from the front (ridge Rd), but park in the back and the entrance is facing the outdoor square."

Great first time at Bombers!! Super quick service and the food is incredible. The Mississippi wontons were so unique.

For our July and August birthdays we catered the five slabs (twice) and boy oh boy was my family pleased!! These gentlemen are both talented on the grill and consistent. My Dad was the King of BBQ and sadly passed away in 2011 but we suffer no more because Bombers has filled that gap! Ribs so good you do not even need sauce because the rub is ! Try it I highly recommend them!!!! p.s. the burnt ends are !!!!!
