"I visited this restaurant around 5 PM on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly and our waiter took our order. Our drinks were brought to us, but unfortunately, we did not see our waiter again until after we had finished our meal. Our food was brought to us by someone from the kitchen, and we both wanted another beer, but the poor service made us decide to go to another establishment instead. We felt completely ignored and disappointed. The beer was good, the food was decent, but the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I would not recommend this place. This restaurant is fantastic. The black bean burger I had was one of the best I've ever tasted. I am a vegetarian, but even my meat-loving husband thought it was delicious! The coleslaw was also excellent. Don't pass up the chance to eat here. We sat at the bar on the deck and received great service from the friendly bartender.

I had a great time at the Boojum Brewery Taproom. They were very busy on a Saturday afternoon but the service was still friendly and efficient. My friends and I tried a few different appetizers, including the pretzel, fried green beans, and fries. Everything was tasty and seemed to be made with fresh ingredients. I will definitely return when I am in town again. Service was for dine-in and we had lunch.
