"The service was fantastic. Our booth was perfect for a couple celebrating a birthday. The restaurant was rather crowded for a Thursday night and a little noisy. The complimentary food items delivered to each table were a nice plus. The shrimp cocktail presentation and taste was terrific and the highlight of the meal. Our filet was just OK. We have had better at most of the other high end, or even moderately-priced, restaurants in the area. Prices are very high and do not result in the expected food quality. Our large baked potato side was cold inside and the butter would not melt. It's appearance seemed to denote a potato baked several hours earlier. The extensive wine list is very over pri...

I was only disappointed we were put at a table in the corner, near where employees go to the kitchen. We were the first guests arriving, so I would’ve liked a better view, as requested. Overall everything was fantastic, the service, the food, all amazing! We can’t wait to be back!

Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious and the ambiance was amazing… But the drinks were outrageously expensive, why is a martini with only 3 ounces of vodka $39… That is ridiculous and needs to be addressed but everything else was PERFECT…

"Updating my original review from 2 stars, which may have been a bit critical due to my immediate disappointment and frustration with the experience. Food is ok. Vegetables and bagels were fresh but too expensive for what you get in my opinion. I ordered the lox bagel and got a tiny portion of lox that didn’t even cover half the bagel my kid also got the lox and had the same size portion, point being I didn’t get a one off under portioned bagel. I seriously couldn’t even tell that I was eating lox if it weren’t for the familiar taste of capers. At $17.80 before tax, this was frustrating (Einstein lox bagel is $11.89). Inflation is real and I don’t expect the same price, but if I’m paying significantly more, I expect quality and quantity to be more, and it wasn’t. My other kid got the egg bagel which tasted like a Costco egg bite out of the microwave, I wasn’t a fan but my 4 year old thought it was ok and to be fair, at $10, it was a good sized portion. Another frustration, I ordered a “drink” and when I realized there was no ice tea at the soda machine I asked and they said I’d have to pay extra I expect I would have had the same response if I had complained about the portion of lox. Also there are no refills (on ice tea) which feels like nickel and diming customers. You order at the counter and wait to pickup your food made me wonder why they suggested a 15 20% tip when paying, maybe it’s standard for the POS system, but I would expect they do something to make my meal and experience more enjoyable. This place did nothing but take my order and make my food didn’t even get a smile. I have no problem tipping 20% when there’s good service by the way, just need to earn it. Overall, not an experience that would draw me back to this place."
