Assuming she would begin on my ice creams while I stepped outside, I took my food to the car. When I returned inside, I found her chatting with someone else. A minute later, she went to the back to prepare the ice creams but instead continued to engage in conversation with her coworkers. There was no acknowledgment of the time she was wasting or consideration that we had just spent nearly $80. I hope the owner sees this and addresses the situation, as this is not how service should be handled."
