"I was in Stade for a weekend and was a guest there several times. The location is just beautiful. You can sit by the water or on the edge where you have a nice view over the fish market. I had a salad made with, as you could see, fresh ingredients. There was also nothing wrong with the tagliatelle with salmon, except perhaps the portion size. The pasta was al dente and the sauce was well seasoned with a good amount of salmon. But I was so full that the homemade cake unfortunately didn't fit anymore. ; I had to try the fish the next day and I found it very tasty too. Menschlichkeit, Höflichkeit und zuvorkommendes Auftreten sind Werte, die nicht auf der Speisekarte stehen, weil sie im Preis mit inbegriffen sind, und vom Besitzer, sowie dem Personal, von Herzen gelebt werden.
