"Horrible customer service. Went in 12-18-21 (a Sat) at 8:55pm. I checked the sign on the door on the way in to confirm they close at 10pm on Saturdays.We stood looking at the menu board for a minute, then we turned and faced the prep line. There were three employees working on food prep for what appeared to be the next day, and one working with a customer's order. Most of the containers in the food prep line were empty and clean. So it LOOKED like they were already closing down and not interested in serving anyone. There was one customer ahead of us at the cashier area and no other customers behind us. Close to closing, for fun I wanted to get some chips and guacamole, I went to three places tonight and Café Rio was the only one that pulled through! I am on team Café Rio now. Check this place out! They do pretty good, and the staff is really fun!

can they give no 0 stars, why 2 hours before they close they would not be able to cook me some steak? also, why there was no chink or crushed bark available if I went in, was said it would be about 5 min for them to cook the protein to make my food. went before and enjoyed it, but probably not back now!
