"I specifically went to Carl's Jr for the Beyond Star Burger made with the meatless Beyond Burger. I requested no cheese and no mayo, trying to keep it vegan-ish. It tasted like what I remember of a fast food burger which is to say, not great. Warm weirdpickle, slightly cooked lettuce, flavorless tomato. It was what it was. Maybe good in an emergency but I wouldn't go out of myway for one. Also service seemed slow for a Sunday after lunch but perhaps that was due to my unique order."

I go between in-and-out and Carls Junrior in eureka alot and I will say this. Carls Jr food is always hot still when I get home. it's just better.

It makes sense that this place is always empty. $16 and I got a single tiny chicken strip on my hand breaded chicken sandwich. Not to mention the entire cup of mayonnaise on it.

Gross. I tried uploading a pic of the super brown lettuce on my sandwich. The meat was cold even though I waited for a few minutes for my order. I can't wait for in n out to open! Also the Arcata Carl's is way better go there if you can.
