"we were four and unfortunately had all the terrible hunger, which is why we put ourselves in the next best restaurant. someone of us ordered a green salad to the appetizer. the salat had been eaten halfway, two of the four main courses came, one rindstatar (chf 38.- !!) and one spaghetti bolognese. the bark statue looked like eating. it was clapped on a dish. no brot, no wobble. it had little taste and was probably refined with ketchup. the spaghetti were boiled and tasted as already repeatedly warmed up. the two main courses were almost completely eaten, when the other two main courses were served. a pizza prosciutto e funghi, a pizza ruccola. on the pizza funghi were bush mushrooms. also...

As is well known, the prices in Ticino are high and, as we have seen in other restaurants, the quality is also high. However, anyone who dines at Casa del Popolo (CH) gets the opposite of quality on their plate. The lasagne couldn't be beaten in terms of tastelessness and the carbonara was only edible with half the salt shaker... Sorry, but just unbelievably bad!

We wanted to take a look at the restaurants above the piazza and went to eat in this restaurant. From the menu: “House specialty” I didn't want to miss the hunter-style rabbit with polenta, as no other restaurant in Ticino has this on the menu anymore. Unfortunately I have to say that it was the worst rabbit that definitely came straight from the freezer with sauce. (Dry meat and soggy sauce) The polenta is definitely the finished product “Maggi Express” which wasn’t even seasoned because then it would have been great. My partner's pizza without mushrooms was good. The chef and the bosses should go over the books, but the staff was nice and tried very hard.
