"Once again, this restaurant went above and beyond our expectations. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. It was a bit noisy due to the crowd, but we still had a great experience."

"great first experience. my friend and I went to dinner last night in the rusty bucket on polaris. we called and sat as soon as we were there. it was our first time we ever went there and we had a great experience. I am a strong believer that is a good service, which makes a great place. nick was our server and he was excellent. very nice and good talks with us made. we also have a free order of fried pickles as our first time went there (they were delicious). I got the buffalo chicken sand that and my friend got the Tilipia Special. both were really good. I go back and hope nick serves us again! he was...read more"

"Stopped for lunch and to kill some time before checking in to our hotel. We had the tater tots which were good but needed something. The actual tot on it’s on lacked seasoning I think but the overall flavor with the toppings was good. They are filling so if sharing between two, be aware. I had the chicken sandwich that had a tomato jam with arugula and an aioli of some kind. It was very good. Needed to fork and knife it but so good. I subbed the chips it came with for the Brussels sprouts which were also delicious. My husband got the burger with Parmesan fries and he enjoyed it. We also drank a few beers. I had a cranberry ginger sour that was good. We were sat by a fire place that was lovely on the cold day. Great place if you’re looking for a unique menu and drinks!"

"We love this restaurant. Food is always delicious. Service was okay, we were sat in the bar (even though I requested a table in the dining room on Open Table) so it was pretty noisy. The waitress was good until toward the end of our meal she disappeared and never came back. We were done for about 30 min and finally a waiter came out and cashed us out. He said the waitress left without telling them the table needed turned over or something. Other than the extra time sitting around at the end, everything was good."

"The Royce used to be one of our favorite restaurants. It’s been awhile since we’ve returned and we were looking forward to a night out, starting with The Royce. We opted to sit at the bar. Service was fine. Please get rid of the ugly advertisement coasters. This is like throwing Bud Light umbrellas outside on the patio just because your beer distributor opted to give you some. Just because you have them, doesn’t mean you should use them. They look incredibly tacky for what once presented as a more high end establishment. The new menus are just laminated paper. I hope these are just for the bar and not the entire restaurant. They were not elegant or attractive in presentation. Menu options were much more limited than in our prior visits. Disappointed to see some of my favorites gone. We ended up just ordered appetizers which were overall ok. Biscuits and deviled eggs have always been a staple but could have done without the rest. For the cost, quality and overall experience, not sure we will return again soon."
