"Ordered a catering order for 10/27/23. Never received any notification it was ready so did not receive any food but was still charged $54. I am trying to get a refund by PayPal but ridiculous I have to go through this. Can’t believe I am fighting for food I never got. I’ll never go here again."

The employees at the Chick-fil-A in Hope Mills were the friendliest I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. The establishment was clean and all the staff were smiling. Thank you for providing such a great experience.

The fries were overly salty and inedible. The chicken tenders were small, more like nuggets. Despite paying $14 for my meal, I was still hungry, especially since I couldn't eat the fries. It felt more like a children's meal with chicken fingers.
