"Do NOT order delivery through the app. Have had 2 bad experiences. After the first one, we gave it one more try. They didn't send what was ordered, and it's impossible to fix because they don't answer the phone. For our latest attempt, we paid $48 and got one meal, two whole meals were missing from the bag. The drive thru is fine. Just don't order delivery through the Chick-fil-A app: you will be disappointed and out your money."

always fast and hot eating. I am not impressed by the app as I put my entire order online and when I went to check, said it was a problem and I had to see a team member. that was the whole point of online ordering so I could just park and pick up. the staff is super friendly, even during the high hurry lunchtime!

Very kind friendly staff. Food however is a different story. My husband had a regular chicken sandwich that was rubbery as in probably under a heat lamp or perhaps microwaved. Fries were barely warm. Smaller portions all the way around... yet prices go up. We spent almost $50 for 4 adults 3 children. Extremely disappointing.
