"I visited this restaurant about 45 minutes before closing time. When I got home, I realized that our order was missing some items. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. The next day, I contacted my daughter who gave them our receipt information and was told that someone from management would call me back and to look out for an email. After a few days passed without any contact, I called again and was given the same response - that upper management would call me and I would receive an email. It has now been a month and I have still not received a call or email. This experience was not satisfactory and I am very disappointed. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

The line stretched an entire block and resembled that of a bank with a double line. There were at least 4 people taking orders, ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was quite impressive! We dined inside and, as expected, the food was delicious and the staff were exceptional.

I have never had a negative experience at this Chick-fil-A, or any other Chick-fil-A for that matter. The only issue I've encountered at this particular location was when they forgot to include my pack of cookie crumbles in my parfait once. However, the food is consistently fresh, the service is always excellent and fast, and the prices are reasonable for the high quality of food you receive.

We never received a confirmation on our order, leading us to potentially being short on our items. The fast-paced line was slowing down due to customers having to verify their orders before proceeding. Additionally, they were giving out ice cream cones first, causing them to melt while customers waited for their food. To top it off, they handed out multiple bags of food, making it difficult for customers to carry everything with only one free hand. Despite having at least 6 staff members at the window, they still managed to forget items for some customers.
