"We chose to visit this Chick-Fil-A location specifically because they had a play area for children. We wanted our daughter to burn off some energy before resuming our road trip. Despite being told by the employees that the play area was closed due to COVID, we found the inside to be crowded with no one wearing masks. It is currently October 2022 and I was disappointed to see this location using COVID as an excuse to keep the play area closed, especially when other locations have it open. For our future road trips, we will choose to stop at the Cornelia location instead of this one."

The food at this restaurant is always delicious, but if you place an order for catering to avoid waiting upon arrival, be prepared to wait anyway because the food may not be ready. I have experienced this frustration twice now. Most recently, I had to wait 15 minutes for my order of three chicken biscuits, despite calling ahead for catering.

I placed a mobile order for a meal pack with grilled chicken but was given a spicy fried chicken sandwich instead. I was charged for my mobile order and went to pick it up, only to be told that they do not offer this at the Clayton location. The substitute sandwich in my bag was cheaper than my original order by $2.64. When I tried to request a refund, the young manager with brown hair and a clip refused to listen to me. A long line started to form behind me, and I felt frustrated and angry.
