eating good service good, but dirty window table kiosk was dirty bathroom filthy. by kiosk asked, a server was like yeah that is normal, the tables get so. I was stunned that she was serious, an offer, not to clean it up.

This would have been a 4 except that it was so cold in the restaurant everyone was wearing coats...the food was cold within five minutes so I only ate half of my food. Temperature unacceptable when you see people wearing their coats while trying to enjoy their meal.
