"The drive-thru experience was terrible. I waited 19 minutes to receive 5 tenders, which completely ruined my lunch. I will not be returning until they improve their service. Waiting 20 minutes for 5 tenders was ridiculous. I had already finished my soda without ice by the time I received my food. I received my receipt at 3:56pm but did not get my food until 4:17pm, and to top it off, they gave me non-spicy tenders when I had requested spicy. It was a waste of my time."
