"We went to brunch. The food was just okay, nothing special if I had to give my credit card for $25 per person if we didn't make it to our reservation and it's at the Concourse Hotel. Service was friendly and helpful, no complaints there. You can definitely say that this place is in a hotel. Because it's out of the lobby, it doesn't help at all. Not quite the atmosphere I hoped or expected. But again it was okay."

All of our meals were fantastic!! Our server was fantastic. The only drawback is the restaurant feels like it is in the middle of the lobby. Even still I would recommend CIRC.
