"I live in the neighborhood and walk by Clinton Hall often. I decided to take my parents who were visiting here for a quick lunch before we headed to a broadway show. When we got there, the place was empty besides a party of about 24 in the back that had people periodically trickling in. We arrived around 1:20 PM and ordered shortly after. The drinks were cold and great and it was off to a great start! However, as time went on, it was close to 2:15 PM when we finally got our food. One of the most poorly managed establishments I’ve ever seen. Only giving 2 stars because the bartender was nice, but if you ever run into a single issue here expect it to be hell on earth. The kitchen lost my order and after waiting nearly an hour, checking in at about the 30 minute mark, I asked for a refund because it was clear my food was not coming. It took the manager 10-15 minutes to even come to process the refund, and when he did, he tried to shift the blame onto me, saying that the food did come out and acting like it was somehow my fault that the food didn’t make it to my seat.
