"Great food, energetic atmosphere, friendly service in a comfortable and modern setting. Every time I go to Copper and Steel I try something new. The chicken wings are amazing (love the housemade dry rub wings , the burnt ends with the roasted corn is fantastic, all flatbreads are excellent, and the taco flight is always a favorite. My favorite, melt in your mouth, dish is the wagyu beef tenderloin. My kids love the poblano queso. They also like to ask the waiter/waitress to surprise them with a fun virgin cocktail, which I also find myself enjoying. :"

Brisket flatbread was burnt and brisket was all fat, didn’t taste like brisket, salad didn’t have the ingredients that were listed on the menu, one of our party received her food 10 min after the rest of us. The room is pretty but good no good.

Finally, a hotel restaurant that has great food! I came here for a happy hour drink and ended up having dinner, too. Food was great and drinks were even better. Staff was very friendly, too. Will definitely come back here for another Happy Hour.
