"Long time Denver residents will remember the French restaurant formerly located at Colfax Avenue and Eudora Street known as “Tante Louise”, (Aunt Louise in French). The bistro didn’t make it, but, in it’s place arose a new contender, “The Cork House”. They advertise this as a Wine Bar and they do, indeed, have a nice selection of wines, but, more than that, they have an outstanding patio. The patio outside is at least as big as the indoor dining area, it is on three levels, and is almost completely secluded from the busy street it sits on. With trees and other foliage adding to the shade, groups of almost any size can meet and enjoy wine, beverages, and a variety of appetizing food choices...

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
