"We went about 5:00pm just before dinner and we're able to sit down right away! Our waiter was nice and patient with us as the kids were very indecisive and couldn't focus on what they wanted to eat. He gave suggestions for us. Food came quickly even as it started to fill up. There were no kids menues to color but they did have a kids menue to order off of. Sides are a bit pricy if you want to add things and some sides are small portions. The corn on the cob was a quarter side piece whereas the backed beans were in one of their side dishes and were excellent! The corn was over cooked and soft and bright bright yellow. This was the best food I had during my four day five nights stay in Pigeon Forge. We GrubHub the food back to our condo because we were tired. All the food was scrumptious. I got the ribs, dry rub, and the brisket with barbecue sauce on the side. BBQ baked beans and corn.

I felt it was overpriced on some of the menu like sides. The food was overall bland. $4 for a side of canned beans?. Ribs lacked flavor. Bar had no variety. The service was slow and barely adequate. I felt like it was a gotcha game for new customers with no real hope on securing returning customers.

If you've had real Texas bbq, you'll need it skip this place. They have a big beautiful building and nice staff but the food was just ok... although the Turkey had a nice flavor, it was extremely dry. The pulled pork was ok as was the brisket. My daughter thought the ribs didn't have enough sauce! I did like the jalapeño hush puppies! I am rating it a 3 but in all honesty it's more of a 2.5! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!

"We highly recommend the chicken tenders. They are perfectly cooked fairly the same size. We did notice if you order 3 they are the same size. If you order 4 one is smaller. We enjoy the Polynesian sauce and honey mustard sauce. They are usually fairly fast you can not beat their customer service. We love support this business no matter where we are in the USA. "We arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday evening and was not expecting the size of crowd that they had. We started to worry we would be there a while, we had a show to attend at 7:30. The service did not disappoint or let down. Our server was very quick our food arriving less than 15 minutes after ordering, and we had a family of 7. Highly recommend The Chop House! oh and their onion rings? WOW! You can tell they take absolute pride in their onion rings! They're the biggest I've ever seen too!"

"All of the hot food was very good. Grits, bacon, sausage, frittata, scrambled eggs, hash, hashbrowns, made to order omelet, biscuits and gravy, etc all were tasty and worth the cost. Down side: only 2 kinds of fruit, pineapple and melon, and the melon was crunchy. The pastries were nothing spectacular. They all seemed a little dry. Our reservations were at 10 and the scones were gone by the time we got there and not replenished. Crullers were also mostly gone and not replenished. Butter, cream cheese containers empty, had to track someone down and ask them to refill. Overall very good experience and would definitely return."

"I'm not a fish eater, but we left last year. The catfish, chicken and fixes were great... good taste, well seasoned. Wait, the staff was fast on the ball, and right there to help us refill food and drinks. The prices were also very good."

"great experience! my wife, my son, and I went right at the summit of the midday. Little wait, but the host assured us that the time would drop quickly and it did. we have our seat, I ordered the lunch meat dew, my wife ordered the chicken dumplings with roasted okra, my son got the children chicken teeth. next to the friendly staff, the fast everything and the cleanliness. the food was great! meatloaf with a brownish tomato sauce with possibly the greatest cookie I've ever eaten. the okra of my wife tasted great (better than her grandmother). everything was hot, great portions and better than expected! remember, this is a heavy tourist area, so consistence could be a problem! a second trip will determine that! but manager keeps going to the floor. very beautiful experience!"
