"I usually don't have a problem with cracker barrel, but today was just terrible. Poor service and quality of food all around. I ordered the chicken and the French toast. The French toast came understated and slender. I informed the waitress and when she came to take away the plate, she had no plate for me to whistle with (but I had chicken I was eating). So I had to eat over a napkin. Big red flag there. I waited almost 30 minutes and not yet a French toast. She came out and said she didn't know why it took so long. I told her at this point, I don't want it anymore and asked for my check. She took the check back and brought it back with the same price. Not even reduced for them do not serve...

This is our breakfast for almost every weekend. We used to stay free from lunch and dinner through a negative e-experience in another place. But that was good. Our waitress was professional and attentive, food was good and we had a nice lunch. It was a little stuffed to my taste, but it wasn't bad.

Server did his best, he was obviously still new. Managers just walking around not helping their struggling staff. Floors were a train wreck, dishes were grimy. There's more people working the front store than the restaurant. Managers need to be helping not standing there just watching the mess continue to unfold.
