"The team of Cuisine Unlimited is really amazing to work. I have interacted with them in three ways: as a customer they enjoy for a gala fundraiser, as a colleague and mutual provider, and as a guest at an event enjoy their food. No matter which sales or design manager I work with them meet you where you are, stop what you are priority and give everything you can. I was very impressed by the unique style and combination of aromas in the menu items as well as the decorative way they show things. You'll be happy you hired her!"

Cuisine Unlimited woke my daughters wedding last weekend and she did amazing! We made an additional “ceremony” before our dinner began and they were so great to organize this for us! They made the whole process feeling truly seamless! The food was absolutely delicious! We also had a charming soda bar with fun flavors!

Cuisine Unlimited ensured our welcome and wedding. 5 stars!!! The food and drink were absolutely delicious and they were great to work. Abby was our main contact and she was fantastic. There were many logistical problems behind the scenes with weather / locations, but they managed it all professionally. Very recommended. After dinner again! Will be set for our next event.

Okay, how do you serve a dinner for 500 people, have it really cooked, delivered from servers to your table warm and very tasty? I have no idea, but obviously Cuisine Unlimited has. You visited an event I visited and it was perfect. Company event, holiday party. This must be the best catering company in the city. The staff was great, bar offers were knowledgeable and friendly, decor was fantastic. No complaints and I highly recommend it.

"I speak as a tourist. I was delighted this place has dedicated, on-the-menu options – as it is apparently open late, it would seem to be worth keeping in mind for that reason. This, and the empanada's great value, lead me to give it three stars. That said, there were some oddities. I got the vegan arepa and the vegan empanada. They were both filled with *exactly the same ingredients* and the empanada was bigger than the arepa – but the arepa costs more than 2x as much. Given these circumstances, and the fact that I liked the empanada more, I can see the empanada being a great deal for a vegan looking late night or for a bit of variety. Both of them were on the bland side, however, and far from imaginative. I did enjoy the plantains in both; otherwise, it was mainly black beans and some avocado. (From the menu, it appears that their several vegan items seem mainly to be rearranging these same ingredients. The small amount of chimichurri I was given added some flavor and was ok, but did not knock my socks off. None of it was bad, and I do think they made at least the arepa fresh with decent ingredients, but there just wasn't much flavor. Finally, they use big styrofoam packaging for to-go, which is actually enough to mean I would avoid eating here again. (Not being a local, I don't know how common this is, but I know it's not even nominally recyclable in SLC and that not all places do it. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-05"
