the customer service is terrible. there was no hallo, how can we help them, nothing. workers were in the register staring at me as if I should have known they were ready. the food was thrown cold and into the bag. no thanks or good look. worst group of people I've ever seen.

Place a order inside for a chili dog and pretzles. Waited 20 mins, then asked whats up with it. They just said someone messed up the order and asked me to wait 5 more mins and they would make it for me. 15 mins later i got my food. These people really want $15/hr? They cant even make the orders as they come in.

They get one star because staff were alive and bldg was standing. Every single table was dirty. No napkins straws nothing at tables. Soda machine not working right to its root beer was clear. Cola was awful. When we c/o nothing was done. The guy working the drive thru window was vaping. Yes vaping. Worst fast food place I ever entered. Use go DQ frequently yrs ago in PA it was always clean n well managed. What happened???
