"No 100 meters after the departure from Hauptstr. (Koblenz-Olper-Str. is located on the route to Heimbach-Weis/Engers the Trattoria Sayn, one of the most popular venues of a fellow critic. This promised good performance, and since culinary diversity is always welcome, it was worth our visit today. The place is worth a visit. A reservation on the weekend is absolutely recommended. Parking for estimated 15 cars offers its own parking. This was enough today, although we were able to get space in a bar table with bar stools only after a short waiting period, unfortunately not very comfortable. The access is just, the toilets also, also with narrow doors. There are one or two steps to the front room. On the left side of the entrance there is the vault, behind the bar table section on the left side from the exit to the terrace, also flattering. On the right side, the main guest room lies on two slightly offset levels. Outside it is probably a bit louder, due to the location on the access line. to a larger residential area. After we reached the high stools, there was a friendly greeting of the boss and at the same time the cards, as well as a tavern with other offers. The typical dishes of a “Italian” can be found at reasonable prices. Exceptional dishes, homemade pasta and fish, can be found on the table. Some appetizers, 4 soups, 5 salads, a range of pizzas between 5,20 € and 9 €, pasta mainly between 7 and 8 €, meat from 10,50 € to Bistecca al Gorgonzola for 17,80 €. Food: Answering the question of drinks is postponed until ordering food, the boss has understanding. Mylady wants pizza bread with garlic 2 €, the pizza Funghi Salami 6,70 € and a Cola 1,80 €. My wallet has delayed the Carpaccio di manzo 8 €, in front of the pizza Salami, 6,40 €, shot and on the Pinot Grigio for 3,30 €. Although the restaurant is full of bar stools up to a side table, the appetizer reaches us very quickly. To align with the higher level of garlic, I have to eat a quarter. Carpaccio beef is served with rocket, thin mushroom slices, parmesan pears, olives and 2 thicker lemon slices. More practical would be a thick lemon slice, the olives do not taste bad, but do not fit too well for me. A place of thin meat slices is still very cold. Oil can only be found in homeopathic cans, but the necessary craftsmanship has been delivered. The use of vinegar, a good oil and the pepper mill has a positive effect. Wouldn't the basic taste be the job of the kitchen? The similar pizzas are also brought quickly. Optically as expected, crispy at the edge, the remaining ground thin but not happened. Peppy from the salami, the cheese also makes a good impression. The newly ordered Tiramisu comes with 2 forks and tastes good, creamy and is not a small part for 3 €. Restoration for the waiting period? Service: The boss and a female service rock the shop. They're as self-connected as the kitchen. The boss even finds time for the smoke break on the terrace and for most guests friendly words when coming and/or walking. It seems that there are many regular among them. The more tables are free and will not be reoccupied, the less attention will be. A quarter of an hour goes until the plates are cleared, the post-order of Tiramisu is unsuccessful until I request the invoice and indicate the non-delivery. “Forget,” says the boss, an apology comes from service and very quickly delivery. Ambience: Transparable spatiality, theke and wardrobe in root wood optics, chairs with seat cushions, Italian music from the speakers, Eros stands out. The bar table area is not necessarily recommended by convenience. Conclusion: Recommended for good and relatively cheap food and drinks"

"It was a week before the Corona period. I took my daughter from the theater and we were hungry. Your desire was to eat asian. We went to this Mongolian restaurant in the shopping mall above the real market. Opposite the restaurant there is a gym where you can train the pounds to be eaten directly. Grins. We parked in the big real parking lot and drove with the glass elevator to the second floor. There were plenty of tables at noon. We found a free table and took place. In short, a friendly service came and accepted our drinks order and we were allowed to storm the buffet. There were all kinds of Asian cuisine, sometimes more and less hot. You can choose between appetizers and salads, main dishes and dessert. The buffet is from 11:30 to 14:30 on Monday to Friday and costs €8.90 for adults and for children up to the age of €10.90. Unfortunately not on Saturday. Since the guest room was quite large and many guests were there, it was also corresponding loud noise scenery. The food was in a good price-performance ratio. Overall, everything was clean and also neat toilet facilities."

"Nach einer Wanderung waren wir zum Abendessen in den Lindenhof eingekehrt. Es war Sonntag und es war Muttertag und das Restaurant war bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt. Dementsprechend dauerte es etwas länger bis wir unsere Speisen auf dem Tisch hatten. Aber das Warten hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Es war super super lecker. Das Fleisch auf den Punkt weich, das Gemüse zart ... es schmeckte wirklich absolut lecker. Dieser Koch braucht sich vor keinem Sternekoch verstecken. Nur die Preise dazu waren wie in einem normalen bürgerlichen​ Haus. Die Bedienung war, trotzdem es voll war freundlich, und das Ambiente war zwar nichts​ besonderes aber auch nicht unpassend. Mein Fazit: wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin gehe ich wieder im Lindenhof essen."

"this kind of restaurant would normally be from our price class, but we stayed in the castle and the city had been taken over by a local festival so we decided to choose the Terzett menu instead of the a la carte and it. was a real tasty. everything was nicely prepared and good proportions. there was an additional starter, a free cream of the soup. then we had in a light broth with finely cut fresh vegetables together with a ricotta filled tortellini horse nedel. the main course was a combination of separate pork and cable fillets with crumb tips and a rich engraving with pasta bands (tagliarini) in a tomato sauce with cut spade. Finally, this was a fabulous combination of aromen vanilla cream boulee with a cinnamon sugar topping, a small xxl chocolate ice cream, a chocolate flavoured cornflake cookie and mint on a thin bed chocolate. simply amazing, really fine eating for the amazing price of 36€!"
