"They need to check their bagels more often. Ordered a bagel and went to work. Only to not be able to bite into the bagel. I wear braces, my teeth are sensitive. But that bagel is not edible, very very hard and stale. Now I have no breakfast, very disappointing! Won’t be ordering again."
