"This restaurant has significantly declined in quality. The new manager is very rude and seems inexperienced. It's a complete mess there, they really need to reevaluate their staff. I understand it's difficult to make changes during these times, but they should consider bringing in Corporate for better training as the current manager is not doing a good job."

It's Dunkin' and there's not much more to say than that. OK donuts and very cheap at a little over $1 per donut so I'm happy to pay it.
