"We always have a great time when we visit. We love bringing the kids to the lazy river and Rita’s tacos are AMAZING! The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The ONLY complaint is the housekeepers could be a little more friendly when requesting items. Due to covid most hotels don’t do everyday cleaning which is totally understandable, we always maintain our own room during our stays anyways. When asking for items such as extra towels or trash bags they aren’t too friendly, almost as if we’re bothersome. But overall I give the resort a 9 out of 10."

This was a pleasure trip where my daughter came in for a quick 3 days and we ended up at Harrahs for most of her trip. It was amazing and fun and full of greatness. We will surely do this again in the near future. Thank you Harrahs resort for your hospitality.
