"I really wanted to love this place. But it feel short. Its beautiful and the decorations are warm and inviting. The staff is very nice. But cocktails at the bar were over priced. It took over 20 mins for a waitress to come to our table after we were seated. Hostess did apologize and was very sorry about that. I had the 4 oz filet, that was more like a 2oz filet. Added a 10oz lobster tail. That came undercooked and no flavor. Had to send it back to be cooked more. Cheese board and my husbands prime rib were very good. Wine selection was nice."

Had a great experience for it first time! Went on a Thursday before a Sabres game. Great for, great drinks and great service. Will come back for sure!

Open up. interesting personal and delicious fully developed aromen. the bar has an above-average selection. try the ananas hibiscus hard cider from clarksburg. it was really a solid, good concise drink. they do themselves a service if they do not try the risotto. holy cow. like top animal well, wow!

I generally concur with the other reviews on Yelp at least--the restaurant's ambience is very nice, and I found the service to be pleasant and attentive, but the food is somewhat pricey. The Beef on Weck rolls are 14 dollars, for approximately the same quality and slightly smaller size as, say, Irish Spring Rolls at the Irishman pub for 11 dollars. Still, I guess if you really love a combination of ambience and location in Buffalo's urban core it's good enough.
