However, my next two visits made me realize the sushi quality here is more like decent to good, and service is a bit lacking. In fact, my next visit, I didn't even get to eat! I was seated and then ignored for 15 minutes before I left. The server didn't even get my drink order and though they had tables, they weren't in the midst of a rush. This is by far the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to. The staff is always attentive and the owner is the hardest working person you will ever meet. I have brought guest with me from many parts of the world and they have all said that this place is amazing.

This is our favorite sushi spot in Flower Mound. We have been going here for years and it is always great. Kimmy is great and is always so hospitable. We always feel welcome a d enjoy our spot near the sushi bar. We love the garden, panic, and edohanna fire, and french kiss rolls. We have always enjoyed others too.

My first time at Edohana. The food was good, but pricier than other sushi places in the area. I like that they have beef bulgogi since this is my bubba's favorite. We were seated, waited on, and then served. Then... we sat there for half an our waiting for our server so we can ask for the check. He didn't check to see how we're doing it if we needed refills on our drinks. Meanwhile, the other staff people came in pairs to clean up tables. Sad! Don't think we'll be back.
