"This is the first time I haven't rated a Chick-fil-A with 5 stars. This location didn't have the dining room open. They also didn't have workers outside to help take orders and expedite the process. Therefore, it took forever to get through the single lane of drive through. Typically, there are 2 lanes with multiple employees outside taking orders plus having the option of just walking inside. This one was extremely busy (as they all typically are) with nothing done to try and help it to move faster. This is not the typical Chick-fil-A experience. The food was still great but the service was lacking."
