"My go to place for Mexican Seafood. Had family in town, so had to bring them to El Bucanero. Came early Saturday evening before the big dinner rush, so was able to get seated right away. Even when it's crowded, the line moves pretty quickly. They do a great job of getting people seated, served, and cleaned up for the next party. We had a party of 6, but they handle larger parties all the time. We were seated right away. Waiter immediately came to take the drink and appetizer orders. That came out within minutes and placed the main orders next. Most menu items are very large portions and probably best ordered family style. I've been here many times and try to order different items each time....

Authentic Mexican seafood, VERY delicios and generously portioned. Absolutely wonderful. The ceviches, fish tacos with carrots in escabeche (a type of pickling) the seafood soup, all fantastic.

Service is always outstanding. If you don't Ike seafood, they have a big selection of different dishes. They have a good variety of alcoholic beverages as well. We've been here several times. One concern was that a car was broken into on our last visit; throughout conversations, we found out this had been happening on several occasions. Hopefully, they will hire security to prevent this from happening again.
