"The hostess seemed genuine in her welcome, and she even came by our table during the evening to ask whether everything was going well. The wait staff is knowledgeable and extremely courteous, and servers are well trained. The soups and the two tapas along with the special goat cheese cheesecake were all excellent. We appreciated that the people in the tapa bar actually came to listen to music and that there was very little talking during performance."

Great food, well prepared and served. We always love the mussels, the goat cheese salad, the sangria. We’ve been patrons for over 16 years. And never tire of the selections. In a city of superb food, David does it best every night.

Great atmosphere. The music was great. The tapas were good. Also had paella and that was wonderful! Friendly staff let us move from the dining room to bar for the music after dinner and just transferred our check. All around great place.

Wonderful restaurant, all of the staff were so friendly and inviting, food was excellent, we ordered 4 tapas dishes, the special salad offering and a bottle of wine. With tip our bill was a little over $100, it was a little pricy but it was plenty of food for the two of us. We would definitely go back next time we are in Santa Fe.

"My wife and I wanted a nice, relaxed place to sit outside and have a fun dinner. We were very disappointed with the service. It took our waiter about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity while waiting to order drinks). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and water, but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We haven't seen our server in a long time. We felt our starter was a bit delayed when foodrunners showed up with our starters. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But by this point we were already in the middle of the meal. The food tasted good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but not bad. I admit the nachos were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered had breadcrumbs but that was missing. Fortunately, the server took care of it pretty quickly. We were never asked if we would like to have our drinks refilled. And after dinner we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. Neither of the problems on their own would have been a big deal, but together it made a somewhat uncomfortable experience. The waiter was nice and apologized. They also put together the starter for us which was lovely. Maybe it was a free night or maybe a new server but can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambience was nice."
