"eating was not as good as our previous times: everything was excessively sour: dressing fattoush salat, baba ganoush, even the labneh next to the cake that made dessert. the acid was overlaid because it seemed not to come from lemon juice, but from citrus substitute, which was overlaid. the gesture for our jubilee was very sweet. we have celebrated many years and birthdays on fairouz for many years and hope to return for many more. all good, dr. maria sabaye."

Beautiful restaurant, excellent food and lovely special touches, such as acknowledging our celebrations with complementary dessert bites and offering to keep our flowers in the fridge while we ate so they'd stay fresh the little extras go a long way at Fairouz and complement a beautiful, elevated Mediterranean cuisine.
